About the Lifetime Oil & Filter Change Program

If you purchased a new Toyota vehicle, you are eligible for ToyotaCare, the no cost maintenance plan with roadside assistance*. ToyotaCare will provide the oil and filter changes for the first 2 years or 25,000 miles; the balance will be provided by Moss Bros. for eligible vehicles purchased within the Program Period.


If you purchased any other new or used vehicle from any Moss Bros. Auto Group dealership between January 1, 2013 and October 31, 2015 (the "Program Period"), you are automatically eligible for no cost lifetime oil & filter changes as long as you own your vehicle. Also eligible, are those who took a test drive of any new vehicle from any of our eight dealerships who purchased a new vehicle of the same make elsewhere within 7 days during the program period.

How You Qualify:

  • Buy any new or used vehicle from a Moss Bros. Auto Group dealership during the program period,
  • Buy a new vehicle of the same make available at a Moss Bros. Auto Group dealership from a competitor within seven days of taking a test drive at Moss Bros. during the program period
  • Have all factory recommended maintenance performed at a Moss Bros. Auto Group dealership.

How To Maintain Eligibility:

Customers must have all factory required and recommended maintenance performed at a Moss Bros. Auto Group dealership at factory recommended intervals.
