I normally HATE car shopping!!! But I want to give a shout out to Roy Mariano!!! He was such a joy to work with. He took great care of me. Worked hard to get me the best deal and helped me get exactly what I wanted. He has such a great personality and treats you like you've been friends for years. Made me feel very comfortable under circumstances I normally hate. If you're looking for a Toyota you definitely have to go to Moss Bros Toyota of Moreno Valley and you have to ask for ROY MARIANO. Walked in looking for a Camry. It hadn't arrived just yet but I was in touch with Anthony Huerta ( Tony ) in the sales department. Very great guy , He was Very  communicative & explained everything throughly . He & Brett were able to work me a great deal . They sure are a good team together . The whole process went smooth from the very start to the very end and I'm very grateful to have worked with them. If you come to Moss Bros Toyota Moreno Valley California I recommend Tony Huerta hundred percent. He speaks Spanish as well ! You've got a loyal customer! After a headache and anxiety attack over my vehicles issues, and not getting the proper service at Toyota of Riverside, I ended up bringing it here. Stanley was very patient with me as I frantically explained to him the issue that was plaguing me. He assured me that they would throughly inspect my suspension and they would call me with an update. Turns out there was an issue with my sway bar link bushings. He set me up with a rental and put my mind at ease. I picked up my car today and the problem is fixed. Thank you to Stanley and the technicians who fixed my car. You have no idea what a relief this is. I can't thank y'all enough. Moral of the story: if you want a reliable diagnosis and proper service of your vehicle, bring it to Moss Bros Toyota of Moreno Valley.

I had not used my car for a few months and apparently the battery died, I am unfamiliar with the Prius Hybrid and its functionality and what to do next, so I was able to get the car to Moss Bros Toyota of Moreno Valley. Keith and Manny in the service department provided me with great customer service and I am happy to say I am back on the road again with a new battery. Thank you both for your assistance.
