What vehicles are covered?
As long as you made your purchase between January 1, 2013, and October 31, 2015 it doesn't matter if you purchase a new, used, or Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from any of our dealerships. They are all covered, and you are eligible to receive no cost Lifetime Oil & Filter Changes. If you test drove a new vehicle at any of our dealerships during these dates and for some reason don't choose us for your purchase, you can still be eligible if you buy a new vehicle of the same make available at a Moss Bros. Auto Group dealership from a competitor within seven day during the program period.
Will you do a diesel or synthetic oil and filter change for free?
Absolutely! There are no exceptions. Diesel and synthetic oil engines are included, however, Diesel Exhaust Fluid is not included.
Who is Olly?
Olly the Oil Drop is the newest member of the Moss Bros. family. He's really excited to share our Lifetime Oil & Filter Change program and help customers understand why regular vehicle maintenance is so important. He's a pretty smart guy!
What do I need to do?
Other than buying a great vehicle from Moss Bros. Auto Group, or taking a test drive before purchasing elsewhere, you need to have your factory recommended maintenance performed with us. These services include, but are not limited to, Tire Rotation, Vehicle Inspections, and Basic, Minor, Intermediate, and Major Services. By properly maintaining your vehicle at the correct intervals, we help you maintain vehicle life as well as the highest resale value when you're ready to trade in your vehicle. It is all part of our commitment to your satisfaction!

How often should I have my oil changed?
Oil and filter changes should occur based on the vehicle's manufacturer recommended maintenance schedule. Please refer to your owner's manual for complete details
What is the program period?
January 1, 2013 through October 31, 2015.
* ToyotaCare covers normal factory scheduled service for 2 years or 25,000 miles, which ever comes first. See Toyota dealer for details and exclusions. Valid only in the continental United States and Alaska. Balance provided by Moss Bros. Toyota. Customers who purchased any vehicle from a Moss Bros. Auto Group ("M.B.A.G.") dealership from January 1, 2013, through October 31, 2015, or after shopping at a M.B.A.G. dealership first during this same time period, purchased a New vehicle from any competitor within 7 days are eligible for no cost oil/filter changes. Available as long as customer owns the vehicle and has all manufacturer recommended maintenance services performed at a M.B.A.G. dealership. See dealership for program details.
