Walked in looking for a Camry. It hadn't arrived just yet but I was in touch with Anthony Huerta ( Tony ) in the sales department. Very great guy , He was Very  communicative & explained everything throughly . He & Brett were able to work me a great deal . They sure are a good team together . The whole process went smooth from the very start to the very end and I'm very grateful to have worked with them. If you come to Moss Bros Toyota Moreno Valley California I recommend Tony Huerta hundred percent. He speaks Spanish as well ! Also Amanda I'm theFinancing department was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.Thanks guys! I sure do recommend this team !

You've got a loyal customer! After a headache and anxiety attack over my vehicles issues, and not getting the proper service at Toyota of Riverside, I ended up bringing it here. Stanley was very patient with me as I frantically explained to him the issue that was plaguing me. He assured me that they would throughly inspect my suspension and they would call me with an update. Turns out there was an issue with my sway bar link bushings. He set me up with a rental and put my mind at ease. I picked up my car today and the problem is fixed. Thank you to Stanley and the technicians who fixed my car. You have no idea what a relief this is. I can't thank y'all enough. Moral of the story: if you want a reliable diagnosis and proper service of your vehicle, bring it to Moss Bros Toyota of Moreno Valley.

I had not used my car for a few months and apparently the battery died, I am unfamiliar with the Prius Hybrid and its functionality and what to do next, so I was able to get the car to Moss Bros Toyota of Moreno Valley. I put money down in December before the vehicle had arrived. Because I put my trust in them they put forth a great effort for me. When my car was stuck in transit, Brett and Jesus worked tirelessly with another Toyota USA to bring my vehicle to me. Then 6 weeks later my vehicle was hand delivered. Papers were signed and my family and I have a brand new Toyota Sienna Hybrid. Excellent work guys. Thank you!

"Super happy with my purchase"

Alejandro Carrillo made getting my new family car super easy. He took into consideration the fact that I have a newborn baby (didn't want my family exposed to anything COVID) and offered to have my car delivered. We agreed on a price over the phone and he had the contracts drawn up . I was able to sign for my car at the time of delivery without having to step foot at the dealership. Super happy with my purchase it's the perfect car for my girls comfort and safety.
