Toyota Tundra 4x4
My experience at Moss was very
proficient. Compared to my previous experience, it took one third of the time
to complete all transactions. It was quick and easy. I walked in early for my
appointment, but Shandell stepped in to assist me on my request to see and
test drive a Toyota Trundra. She made a quick assessment of what I needed and
wanted and then showed me the truck that best fit my criteria. She took me
for a test drive on that truck and afterward provided options that Moss and
Toyota are currently giving. She also helped me make the best choice on
financing. It was not hard for me to make a decision. And going through the
finance department was quick too. If it hadn't been for the old dinosaur
printer, it would be even quicker. I will definitely return to Moss to

experience at Moss Bros... I'm so happy I drove by this dealer the morning of
my purchase!!! I was assisted immediately by the best sales person I've ever
met! His name is Rudy (don't recall his last name.).He helped me so much and
without wasting much of my time. All I did is give him details of what I'm
looking for in a car, like the size of vehicle, price range, # of seats I
needed. He totally directed me to the perfect car for me and my family with
out wasting all day. Can't be more happy!!!! Loved the way I was treated and
was amazed by the customer service that this dealer offers, starting from the
sales person, continuing with themanager, and ending with the person that
assisted in the finance dept. This will now be my #1 dealer!!! No need to
look elsewhere!!!! Going forward, all my friends and family will be referred

My name is Johnny O., and I recently
bought a 2011 Toyota Tundra from the internet sales team. I have purchased
from the internet sales two years ago, and my experience has been the best.I
could have purchased my vehicle from the Toyota of Riverside, but I found
that Moss Toyota deserves my business.
I had to bring my truck to Moss Toyota to have LoJack installed and while I
was there, I spoke to Shandell in the Internet Sales and asked if there is
any way i can switch my new Bed Liner with my old one on my truck, and she
talked to her Manager, Mike Dawe (Service and Parts Director), and Rocky
Black (Parts Director). Everyone came to agreement and was able to come up
with a fast decision and they were able to meet my request. I understand Team
Work and I feel that not only did they display it clearly, I feel the Service
Tech did everything in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the staff
there are Moss Toyota. Thank You for your continous service. I am a

My
experience at Moss Bros... was unexpected!My wife and I went because we both
received letters at home from Capital One saying that each of us was approved
for $30,000.00 each. When we arrived at the dealer we showed the letters to
Nabeel and he looked into both of them and saw that the interest rate was
19%, which was going to put us at a monthly payment of almost $1,000.00.We
asked Nabeel to keep us around the same payment that we had already with our
truck that we traded in and he was able to almost match us with the payment.
Nabeel was very nice and the lady in finance department was very
knowledgeable of what she does. In other words, we would recommend other
people to buy vehicles from this dealer if they get the same service that we
got. Thanks!

My experience at Moss Bros. Toyota
was good. We are looking to buy a 2011 Toyota Tundra and we were searching on
the internet and going from one dealer to another to find a good deal. We
found a good price from one dealer but we don't like the color that they have
so we kept searching on the internet through B of A Car Buying Center and
Moss Bros. Toyota was one of the dealers that B of A listed. That same day
Moss Bros. Toyota called and I was directed to Sam and he said he will price
match what I've got from the other dealers. We went there and Ramon helped us
find the truck we liked and test drove it. Saji prepared all the necessary
documents for financing which Micah did and then Garcia finalized everything.
We thank these guys for helping us in making our buying experience hassle
free. Great team work!

I have
owned Camrys since 1989 and in 2005, I bought a Matrix and I truly enjoyed my
little car. My drive to work is 50 miles one way and I have either sold or traded
in my Toyotas at or around three hundred thousand miles sothere was not a
doubt in my mind on what to purchase as to my next car. My experience at Moss
Bros. Toyota was awesome! I was preapproved for a loan, but the sales
representive reminded me of the zero percent interest special. I qualified
and bought my third Camry which is actually my fourth Toyota purchase. The
Sales Representative and Loan Officer were extremely professional and
patient. I came in thinking that I knew exactly what I wanted and the sales
rep was very helpful in explaining my options before I made a decision on
changing to a different Camry model. The Loan officer was also helpful in
that he thoroughly explained my loan contract and the warranty packages that
were most suitable for my lifestyle. Thank you Moss Bros. for hiring
knowledgeable, professional and qualified individuals. I am very pleased with
my new car and look forward to future purchases.

want to say that I am a Customer Service Manager myself, and the level of
customer service I received at Moss Bros. in Moreno Valley was wonderful.They
went above and beyond what I consider to be great customer service, and I
have the #1 customer service team in the nation at my company. Everyone that
we came in contact with was not only friendly and personable, but very
professional. They made us feel very comfortable. I took my time in deciding.
They were willing and able to show me just about every car in the lot... We
will definitly be back next year to purchase another vehicle (the Tundra)...
I have been telling all of myfamily, friends and co workers and so has my
husband, that if they are going to purchase a car , they need to go to Moss

Moss... was great. Although I had to wait almost half of the day waiting for
my car... because the branch at Moreno Valley didn't have the color that I
wanted... It was definitely worth the wait. And the sales rep who helped me
was just amazing, Frank Martinez... he kept me company and was really
responsive to all of my questions regarding my new car. My Rav4 is the second
car that I purchased from Toyota and my experience here was way more
satisfying than the dealership that I had with my first car. You guys do a

Moss... I have had the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Tony
your fleet manager was the best ever. No hazzles, no pressure. I asked him
for the best price he could give me and he did. I had shopped around at 4
other Toyota dealers and I got the best price from Moss Bros. Toyota. He ran
my credit which was very high and got me the lowest interest rate possible.I
actually bought the car over the phone and when I came in all the paperwork
was done and ready for me to sign. I was in and out within an hour. What a
nice way to buy a car. Everyone was very friendly with no pressure. Thank you
Moss Bros. I have already told many of my friends about this experience and 2
of them will be looking to buy soon from you.

Nabeel Ahmed was
fantastic -- he really worked with us to find exactly what we wannted
especially the color -- shoreline blue pearl.He was definitely very
professional and knew the Toyota Highlander very well. Very good under
pressure when my wife did not want black, white or gray.He worked with other
dealers and found what we wanted.Even looked at the new Feb Toyota offerings
which were at 1.9% -- lower than our credit union, which we ended up
taking.The lady who did the paperwork - I think her name was Anitra was
excellent in explaining all the additional coverings -- even went into detail
drawing a graph and taking time to explain everything. Both were great people
to work with. One more comment, we came in a couple weeks ago and a very
young salesman showed us the Toyota Highlander and gave us a ride -- he was
also very knowledgable and very courteous-- he actually was the one who had
to drive to another dealership to get the blue pearl we wanted.All three are
top of the line and never pressured us which we really appreciated. Fred

Moss... was AWESOME! Yes I work at Moss and of course would expect the best
treatment, yet I was still amazed at how well the buying process flowed and
how great my co-workers were. I had lost my car in the recent mud slides. I
had been thoroughly devastated and very leery to even drive again. Shandell
Winderl and Marlene Burks were very mindful of my predicament and used their
sense of humors to put me at ease and get me "back in the saddle".
Mike Rasch the GM was extraordinarily kind, and I will never forget the huge

make/model/options/color that I wanted in my new Tacoma 4x4.I was working
with 5 dealers in southern California, and was told that my desired vehicle

Moss will not be forgetful because Mr. Ed Duque took care of my whole family
last Saturday, October 30, 2010 when we bought two cars in on one day. He is
very knowlegeable; he has lots of expertise; well experience; good customer

I bought a new 2010
Corolla. this is my 7 the new Toyota my 9Th new car. i am 59 years old. My
first 2 Toyota I bought from Crown Toyota it was in Upland. I bought the rest
from Longo. I started looking for a new car during cash for clunkers I went
to Longo . They had raised the price of the Toyota their were no deals. In
this economy I want a deal. After cash for clunkers I gave Longo one more
chance again their were hundreds of customers in their and they offered me no
good deals. I started on the Internet your Company responded. That was after
cash for clunkers. I was unable to get together at that time your about 40
miles from my house. i live in Rancho Cucamonga your near Lake Paris where I
take my boat many times until they lowered the water level. Your Company sent
me Email every event you have. i did not respond but I read them. 2 weeks ago
I saw and ad you ran in the Press Enterprise on Sunday paper. i read the paper
it Sunday night the ad was Sunday only. I tried to Email on the Email address
you had Emailed me on the Internet request no response. So this week on
Sunday I went to fund raiser in Redlands for Family Friends of Murder Victims
{FFMV}. After I bought a Press Enterprise paper you had another Ad so I was
half way their so I went to your DealershipMoss Brothers Toyota. My sales
person Sam meet me at my car I showed him the Ad he says let me pull the car
around. He did we went for a test drive. I expected for the price it would be
aCE Corolla it was and LE. that sold me the car. I know the difference in the
price. i have never owned a LE. i buy price and you get what you pay for.
Their is nothing wrong with a CE they are great cars. I bought the 2010 LE
Corolla it had 4 miles on it I got a great deal. I bought the car for my wife
this is a 39Th wedding anniversary. When she drove it she said this is the
best car you have ever bought. She said I feel like a princesses driving this
car. I have a 2004 CE Corolla with a 125,000 miles. I will give that carto
one of my three daughters. It become a family thing giving our Toyota to are
daughters and letting them finish them off. I will come backand recommend
Moss Bros. Toyota. It was worth the 40 mile drive to get a good
deal.

Moss Bros. Toyota in Moreno Valley was great!I was under a lot of stress due
to a car accident which totaled my previous Toyota and my car rental was
going to be discontinued the following Monday.I really was hesitant about
stepping on to a dealership as a single women and having to "deal"
with the salesmen and pressure to buy. However, the people at Moss Bros. were
very helpful.I was not on the car lot more than 5 minutes when I was first
approached by Javier Hernandez.He "listened" to my needs and
desires in a new vehicle, he wasn't just trying to sell a car.He was polite
and he assisted me every step of the way even making sure that my car rental
had been taken care of the next day.Javier was excellent!CJ Hasnain
approached Javier and me while we were in the lobby and he too began to help
me and answered my questions.There are no words to describe him other than
excellent.He bent over backwards to help me and I know it is his job to sell
cars but the demeanor and approach was professional yet personal.When I
realized Mr. Hasnain was the General Sales Manager I was surprised.Usually,
you do not find top management involved as he was with the whole process, I
was impressed.The Finance Manager, Marlene Burks, was part of the
"Team", and she too was very helpful and approachable.Throughout
this experience I did not feel pressured and she explained in detail each
step and what paperwork needed to be covered.Obtaining this new Corolla
"S" at 3.99% was the top selling point for me.Thank you CJ (and

Moss... Last week I realized that my wonderful 2001 Camry with 178,000 needed
to be replaced.I went on the internet looking for used Camrys.Immediately
after I hit "send," Mary from your internet department called me
and set up an appointment the following day.During the next few days I
received 6 e-mails from other dealers, but no phone calls.Having been in real
estate for several years, I knew that immediate contact separated the top
producers from the others.So I was very impressed with your system of
immediate contact.The next day I met with Nabeel Ahmed and was so impressed
with his knowledge.He is a gentle man (aka gentleman).We looked at some used
cars and he explained the difference between 0% financing on a new or lease
car was about the same as a used car with 5.9% financing.He went over many
scenarios.I said thank you and I would "think about it."There was
no high pressure sales.I had all the information faxed to my friend Michael,
who contacted several dealerships and together, we made the decision to buy
the new Camry.He felt that Moss was as competitive as any of the other
companys and that I should purchase the car from you.Monday, May 24th, I went
into the office and drove away with my beautiful new car.Nabeel was so

When I woke up this
morning buying a car was the last thing on my mind. It wasn't even on my
"Honey Do List". The family went over to visit with Magee and Papa
(Grandma & Grandpa). The next thing I know were talking about cars and I
asked my father-in-law if he wanted to go with me to look at some cars at
Moss Bros Toyota in Moreno Valley. Dick Swain (papa) owned a 2001 Camry that
he bought new and had enjoyed his Camry the last 9 years but now had 99,903
miles on it. I had a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500, Big Horn Edition with the 5.7 Hemi.
I purchased this truck from Moss Bros Dodge in Riverside. I loved the truck
and boy did I drive it. I had 161,785 miles on this beautiful machine. Still
in great condition. Dick and I didn't know what to expect when we got to the
dealership but I told him that I know a gentlemen there that I have bought at
least 5 or 6 cars from in the past that is the best at what he does and if anything
can be done Robert Page is your man. I hadn't seen Robert in awhile and it
was good to see him. He had been moved around to different dealerships with
the poor economy. Robert greeted us and we started looking at cars with one
of Robert's salesman Javier. Javier was great and always polite. Javier could
answer every question we had. His knowledge of the Toyota product was
impressive. After test driving some vehicles we went in to fill out paperwork
and start crunching numbers to see if anything was going to make sense. For
alot of people this part of the negotiations can be very stressful like your
in a pressure cooker. I have to say that there was no pressure and the whole
experience was something that you would look forward to again on the next
purchase of your car or truck. Robert Page worked the numbers up for us and
after going back and forth negotiating the payment, length of term, interest
rate, how much money down Dick and I drove away in cars we were very happy
with. Dick bought a new 2010 Corolla LE and I bought a 2007 Prius. THANK YOU
MOSS BROS TOYOTA! More important THANK YOU ROBERT PAGE!!! I have proven to be
a loyal customer with all the cars I have purchased from Moss Bros since 2001
and it has all been because of Robert Page and the way he has always made my

short quick story: I worked for DMV for seventeen years and have recently
moved on to a better job with the state of California. However, when I worked
at DMV I use to hate to help car salesmen as I felt they were all slippery
and one step up from a carnie( no offense meant) I had such a great
